2. The Pokemon codes of Gen 4,5,6,7 weren’t here before so i researched them myself and found them myself, I made a vid of the starters and uploaded it on YT later I found all the others but never made them public, so I don’t know if these codes were legit or if the starter codes were taken from my vid and then researched upon, pls confirm if u have used my vid to research to find these codes
   I am fine if u used my vid to help u research but pls credit me for it

     • Ok cool, I have a book filled with all pokemons for the theta emerald EX, it has all the 7 gens and alot of “special” Pokemon, like teh different pikachus, rotoms, deoxys, arceus, etc. I can email u all the pokemons that the list doesn’t have and pls ask Jhoms if took them from me.

4. Because after i caught mega gardevoir,when i see in my party,it will change back to its normal form…..(i use cheat to caught mega gardevoir)how to solve it??

   • Does it revert immediately? I accidentally left a Wild Mega Heracross code on and it replaced the gift Castform into a Mega Heracross at the same level. It was in my box still as a mega.

     Otherwise, I believe it’s supposed to revert to the regular Gardevoir. Even in legit Gen 6 games, after one battle, the game defaults any Megas in the party to their original form. This is a check the game uses to not only discourage cheating but also how the game handles mega evolution.

     You can receive the Mega armlet after defeating Norman and talking to the player’s mother.

6. Can anyone confirm these cheats work on My Boy? I’ve used most so far and all but one work on John GBA once the correct Master Code is on (Walk Through Walls is very buggy and causes a crash)

    • @Christian: Are you talking about cheats? If so, there may be an issue with My Boy cheat function for this game. There have been a lot of reports cheats aren’t working on it. Be sure to use the correct Master Code and try John GBC if possible.

      If you mean it’s not mega evolving, press start once you’re holding the correct Mega Stone and have gotten the Mega Armlet.

    • In the comments, there’s a bunch of codes to modify the moves that TM’s teach. But, they only go up to Gen III. Fortunately, you can teach your PKMN Sketch and make it your move.

    • The Shiny code provided on this page is all that you need to encounter shiny Pokemon. It has to do with your emulator I assume. Is your My Boy the free version which you can only enter one line cheat?

          • You can modify the game in Advanced Map, open the shop script with a script editor and change the item from there. Newer items (Gen4+) are stored in Hex and go by ID numbers instead of physical names.

        You have two options, disable the cheat after starting the battle and before you catch the pokemon.

28. For some reasons, the pokemon modifiers codes are making the game crash, whatever the version i use (i’m on VBA emulator ), other codes, masterballs in PC, infinite money, etc… are working fine. Yet i use the master code and i even tried with and without the level modifier.

    • Hello Gabriel, it looks like the cheat has issues with your emulator, have you tried activating the cheat on My Boy for Android? The emulator works best for most cheats.

        Keeping pressing R button when recieving EXP from defeated Wild Pokemon or other trainers. EXP will be added continuously as long as R is pressed.

    a Pokemon. Use an all-able TM to activate (Like Protect or Double Team TMs) . Hope they are useful

      • For how to get your mons these moves is through once cheat is activated, teach random TM but the move changes to the other move. Hope this helps!

      • Joshua: I just realized a way to get you Nasty Plot or any move for that matter.
        Step 1: Find a Pokemon with the move you’re wanting to teach.
        Step 2: Teach Sketch to a Pokemon with it’s code.
        Step 3: Use Sketch and savestates if necessary.
        Step 4: ???
        Step 5: Profit.

        Also for those who can’t get the move codes to work, turn off any master codes you have on. If you have it on it won’t work for some reason.

        • Currently, there is no way to change the amount of boxes. However, all fully evolved Pokemon and legends in the game can all fit in the same PC.

        • The only way to have a shiny Shaymin with a modest nature is by doing multiple game restarts until you get your desired nature.

      • The reason behind why the shiny cheat would give only one gender is if you’ve already caught it on the opposite gender. I have male shinies mostly.

    • what the shiny cheat actually does is generate one set personality value that everything follows. that therefore puts everything in one position genderwise and gives everything the same nature. neither if these effects can be overridden with encounter-based cheats. it would require full restarts to change your trained id and your secret id if you want a specific combo of nature+gender

50. I found a code for max IVs. I have not yet tested it on this game, but I have been using it succesfully on Glazed and Blazed Glazed, which are also Emerald based. It’s a gameshark code and requires the gameshark master code to work.

    Max IVs:

    12066C9C 0000201F
    12066CB2 0000201F
    12066CC8 0000201F
    12066CDE 0000201F
    12066CF4 0000201F
    12066D0A 0000201F

    The 1F at the end of each line is the max value for each stat, which is 31. I have no idea what would happen if you insert something higher than that like FF (255).

    This code changes the IVs to all wild pokemon to their maximum value. I may be wrong, but I think it also gives all pokemon you receive or hatch from eggs max IVs

    If you don’t know what IVs are, they’re basically a “good genetics” stat boost. However, these stat boosts are obtained through leveling up, so do not be alarmed/surprised if you look at the stats of a level 2 Poochyena and they aren’t all higher than 31.
