Absol Cap		There is a Fashion Designer in Saffron City. Show her an Absol or any fusion that has an Absol in it.
Aerodactyl Skull		This can be obtained by using Rock Smash on any rock. This may take some time, as it is purely random.
Alolan Sunhat		After you finish the Alolan Quest, head back to Cinnabar Island’s Poke Mart. The hat will be made available for purchase.
Bandana Headband		The hat can be purchased in Vermillion City. However, you need to finish the Hoenn side quest first.
Baneful Fox Mask		This hat can be for sale in Goldenrod City’s Mask Merchant Underground, but only on Mondays. It can be found in the vehicle in the Berry Forest.
Bicolor Hat		This hat can also be purchased on Cinnabar Island once the Alola quest is finished.
Big Red and White Bow		All you need to do is defeat Whitney during her Gym battle. She will give you the hat after you win.
Bird Cage		Defeating Falkner will give you this hat.You can also buy it from the Mask Merchant in Goldenrod City on Mondays.
Black and Gray Cap		You will need to complete the Unova quest first. Once that’s finished, this hat is available for purchase at the Poke Mart in Fuchsia City.
Black Flat Cap		This hat can be easily bought in Crimson City’s Exclusive Poke Mart.
Black Hijab		This can be bought at the Pewter City Poke Mart.
Blue Fedora		The Blue Fedora can be bought at the Fuchsia City Poke Mart.
Breeder Bandana		Head to the Pokemon Day Care in Route 5. You will need to hatch 15 Pokemon Eggs that were born in that Day Care.
Bright Hijab		This is also for sale in the Poke Mart, located in Pewter City.
Bug Antennas		This hat is readily available for purchase in Azalea’s Poke Mart.
Captain’s Hat		It is located in the Captain’s Room on board the SS Anne.
Carbink Headband		Head to Saffron City and look for the Fashion Designer in the Boutique. Show her a Carbink or any fusion of it, and she will give you the hat.
Cardboard Box		Search any trash can in any available location. This one takes a little time and luck. The hat will spawn randomly, so be patient.
Clefairy Ears		This hat is for sale at Mt. Moon’s Elderly Lady’s Shop. Another method is by showing the Fashion Designer in Saffron City a Clefairy or any fusion of it.
Cloak Hood		Can be purchased in the Lavender Town Poke Mart.
Cornerstone Mask		Can be purchased in the Goldenrod Tunnel on Mondays. It may or may not be available, depending on chance.
Cresselia Tiara		Show the Fashion Designer in Saffron City a Cresselia or a fusion of it.
Dark Hijab		This hat is available for sale in the 2F area of the Celadon Department Store.
Dark Red and Black Cap		After completing the Unova quest, head to the Poke Mart in Fuchsia City and it will be available for purchase.
Dark Red Flat Cap		Complete the Sinnoh Quest first. Then, this hat is available for purchase at 2F of the Celadon Department Store.
Designer Headphones		Head to the Power Plant. All you need to do is to defeat the Electric-type Expert.
Ditto Mask		Go to the Poke Mansion on Cinnabar Island. Go to B1F and check the petri dish to get this hat.
Dragonite Horns		Show the Fashion Designer in Saffron City Boutique a Dratini, Dragonair, or Dragonite. Any fusion Pokemon of those three will work as well.
Drifloon Hat		Show the Fashion Designer in Saffron City a Drifloon or any fusion of it. Another method is to go to the Power Plant on a Friday. It can be picked up outside.
Drying Pan		Simply defeat Brock during the first Gym Battle in Pewter City.
Duskull Mask		It is located in the Hidden Tomb in Lavender Town. You need to ring the bell between 3:10 and 3:20 AM. That is early in the morning.
Electivire Headset		Go to the Fashion Designer and show her any of the following. Show her an Elekid, Electabuzz, or Electivire. Any fused Pokemon of those three will still work.
Emerald		This can be obtained a bit later on when you get access to the Sky Pillar. It will be right outside, available for you to pick up.
Emerald Cap		This hat can be purchased in the Poke Mart located in Lavender Town.
Eyebrows and Stash		All you need to do is win against Chuck on Boon Island.
Fairy Flower		Interact with any flower located anywhere available. You may not get this one right away because it requires a chance.
Fake Mustache		Simply defeat Blaine in the Cinnabar Gym battle.
Festive Hat		This one is tricky to get. Go to the Ice Mountains. This is only available for sale on December 24 or 25.  The Poke Mart there will have this hat for sale as long as you are within the date.
Fez		You can pick this up in Area 5 of the Safari Zone. It is right beside the Temple.
Firefighter Hat		Buy this hat at the Poke Mart located on Cinnabar Island.
Flower Lure		Show the Fashion Designer a Bruxish or any fused Pokemon with it.
Forest King Crown		Head to Ilex Forest at night, where it can be obtained.
Fusion Beret		Simply show any fused Pokemon to the Fashion Designer in the Saffron City Boutique.
Fusion Glasses		You need to fuse at least 100 times. It doesn’t matter if the fused Pokemon repeats as long as you do 100 of them. Talk to the researcher on Cinnabar Island to get the hat after you do the 100 fusions.
Glalie Mask		Simply defeat Pryce during the Mahogany Gym battle.
Goggles		Available for Purchase in Cinnabar Island’s Poke Mart.
Gold and Black Cap Gold and Black Cap (with Hair)		Complete the Johto Quest first, and both hats will be available for purchase in the Cerulean City Poke Mart.
Gray Knitted Hat		Head to Azalea Town first. Talk to the Traveling Trainer. Once that is over, it will be purchasable from the Poke Mart.
Green Flat Cap		Finish the Kalos quest first. This hat will then be made available for purchase in Saffron City’s Poke Mart.
Green Visor Hat		You need to first hatch 5 Pokemon Eggs. Once that is done, head to the Pokemon Day Care in Route 5 to get it.
Grey Cap		It is available for purchase at the  Cinnabar Island Pokemon Mart. You do need to finish the Alola quest first.
Half-rim Glasses		Available for purchase in the Pewter City Poke Mart.
Halo		Head to Ilex Forest and talk to the static Shedinja.Choose to defeat it, catch it or just run away from the battle. You will then receive the hat after any of those choices.
Head Eevee		You will need Surf for this. Head to the center of Celadon City.Stay put and do not move in the grass or water, and you will get this hat.
Head Paras		Go to Area 1 of the Safari Zone. Stay in front of the Bug-type expert. Just stand in front and do nothing, and you will get the hat.
Head Pikachu (Male and Female)		Both hats can be obtained in the same way. Just stay idle while you are in Viridian Forest.
Head Swablu		This one can be obtained at Mt. Moon’s Summit. Stay idle for a couple of seconds at the summit, and the hat is yours.
Headband		This can be easily bought in any Poke Mart.
Headphones		Can be purchased in the Poke Mart, available only in Saffron City.
Heartflame Mask		This can be bought in the Goldenrod Tunnel Exclusive, but only on Mondays.
Jaw Helmet		Show either an Axew, Fraxure, or Haxorus to the Fashion Designer. Any of those three with a fused Pokemon is also acceptable.
Karate Bandana		Available for sale in the Saffron City Poke Mart.
Lace Covering		Buy it at the Poke Mart in Vermillion City.
Ledian Helmet		Simply defeat Kurt during the Azalea Gym battle.
Levitating Balls		The hat can be obtained after you beat Sabrina’s Gym battle in Saffron City.
Light Hijab		Head to the 2F of the Celadon Department Store, where you can buy this.
Loose Bandana		After hatching 15 Pokemon Eggs, head to the Pokemon Day Care Center on Route 5 to get it.
Ludicolo Sombrero		You must complete all Team Rocket side quests first.Show the Fashion Designer a Lotad or any fused Pokemon of it, and you’ll get the hat.
Lycanroc Hood (Up and Down)		Show the Fashion Designer in Saffron City a Rockruff or any fused Pokemon of it.
Magikarp Balaclava		Head to Vermillion City and be sure to win the Fishing Challenge.
Magnemite Hairclips		Simply defeat Jasmine in Kin Island to get this hat.
Mareep Sleep Mask		Go to any hotel, and all you have to do is sleep for 24 hours to get this hat.
Marshtomp Mask		Show the Fashion Designer a Marshtomp or any fused Pokemon of it.
Mob Cap		This hat is obtained in the storage room located in the S.S. Anne’s kitchen.
Mobster Fedora		Simply defeat Giovanni during his Gym battle in Viridian City.
Mushroom		Getting this hat can be done by collecting Mushrooms in Viridian Forest.
Nest Egg Hat		The first thing you need to do is to hatch 50 Pokemon Eggs. Once that’s done, head to Route 5 in the Pokemon Day Care where you will get this hat.
Nurse Cap		Show the Fashion Designer in Saffron City a Chansey or any fused Pokemon of it.
Pidgey Nest		This hat can be obtained very early on. All you need to do is to stay idle on Route 1. A Pidgey will land on your head and give you the hat.
Pikacap		This is available for purchase in Pewter City’s Poke Mart.
Pikachu Hood		Find this at Bill’s Light House, particularly in 2F.
Pink and White Cap Pink and White Cap (with Hair)		After completing the Unova quest, they will be available for purchase at the Fuchsia City Poke Mart.
Pink and White Visor Pink and White Visor (with Hair)		These hats will be available for purchase in Fuchsia City. However, you need to complete the Unova quests first.
Pink Beanie		It is available for purchase in the Blackthorn City Poke Mart.

Pokeball Barrette		Show the Fashion Designer either a Voltorb or Electrode.Any fused Pokemon of those two will also work.
Pompom Beanie		After doing the Alola quest, it will be made available for purchase in the Cinnabar Island Poke Mart.
