You can use ‘Gold Bottle Cap’ cheat to exchange bottle caps with a guy in the Creators building for max IV on one of the pokemon on the team in Celadon. (no sure if he maxes IVs or EVs)
Also the creators you should know that the cheat codes for the unlimited item cheat is literally labeled wrong actually labeled and coded after the o.g. for FireRed and LeafGreen not the rom hack please fix it regards smash Dom

Sorry for crosspromoting but I’ve noticed a lot of cheats shared between Last Fire Red and Radical Red, so folks looking for cheats might want to check to see if the equivalent in the Radical Red list works. An example I’ve tested are the encounter modifier codes in the comments section though the listed Glastrier, Spectrier, Calyrex_Ice and Calyrex_Shadow codes do not work. Not sure if it’s a thing where some stuff got rearranged in the codes so infact actually elsewhere in the list replacing something else but if that’s the case I have not found them. Also haven’t tested if base Calyrex works
