We’re tackling an interesting NDS ROM hack called Pokemon Platinum Dan’s Doubles. When you hear that title, you already know that you’re in for double battles.
That is the concept of this hack, and that is that all Trainer encounters will be double battles.
Every Trainer and Gym Leader has been revamped, so it will be two of your Pokemon taking on two of the enemy’s Pokemon.
You don’t have to worry about regular or Wild Pokemon battles, because it can be one-on-one.
This hack has only 240 Pokemon that have been handpicked. Nevertheless, it does make the game a bit less of a hassle when you don’t need to get too many Pokemon.
Everything else is the same in terms of gameplay and the story of Pokemon Platinum.

Step 1: Go to the Pokemon PC and Choose Move Pokemon.
Step 2: Pick the Pokemon that you want to duplicate.
Step 3: Press the START + SELECT + A Buttons, and the Pokemon should be held by the cursor.
Step 4: Select the Pokemon and make sure that the cursor is over the MOVE option.
Step 5: Press the L and R buttons, and it will move to another Pokemon Box.
Step 6: Move back to the box where the Pokemon originally was, and you’ll see that a duplicate is left behind.
Step 7: That’s it, you’re done! Place the duplicate, and if you want to duplicate a different Pokemon, just do steps 3 to 6 again.

In Closing
We’re at the end of our list of Pokemon Platinum Dan’s Doubles cheats. You may notice that none of the cheats have any effect on the double battles, and that’s good.
The Pokemon modifier cheat will only work in Wild Pokemon battles, so the Trainer battles will not be affected. Every other cheat is beneficial in its own way and can make this game a bit easier than usual.
