3. Hey, i want cheat codes for battle point (bp).

4. I used the infinite item cheat, but it crashed the game. I got surf, and I need that TM to continue the game. The problem is, the rare candies I cheated on appeared in my TM case and not in the actual box. So, if I open the TM case and want to learn any TM for any pokemon, the game crashes. I click on the TM, then on use, and its crashes automatically.

   I did already Disable cheats, cleared the cheats from the Legend, and so on. But this doesn’t help any further.

   • Sorry to hear that Lynx. In my experience, sometimes the result of a shiny cheat is unpredictable. I think it will stay as shiny when you enabled the cheat right before the evolution happens.

     • I tried it when I wanted to see the effect it does… I usually found this in the pokemon unbound comments and it was an infinite item cheat when I wanted to try it on gaia to see if it worked. but to see in the backpack I did not have the items. but to see the pokedex I realized that it modifies the number of pokemons that I had captured and seen… that is why I want to share it with you

    • It only works on grass patches so you might as well use the Wild pkmn modifier for it to work. Nature modifier works fine for me though.

Finally, I have completed Gaia v3.2, caught a legendary Pokemon Deoxys in Cosmic Cavern(I went through hell to get this Pokemon but thanks to my Scizor in it’s Mega Form, some of Deoxys attack were not that effective). I can’t wait to catch the Titans and other legendaries in v4.0 as the Game Credits and Prof. Redwood said.

    Am thinking of what other Room hack I should play since I have no clue.
    Can someone mention some recommendations.

35. Hi PokeCoder, I have noticed something.
    Each time I encounter a wild Pokemon or have a Trainer battle with the Max IV cheat turned on, I notice that my Pokemon’s PP start to decrease and when I enable the Infinite EXP cheat, it doesn’t work unless the Max IV cheat is turned off before all cheats can function. Why does that happen?

    Am still making new cheats and will be dropping them soon.

36. After using and disabling the cheat, Your PC will surprisely become empty as if there was nothing there unlike some other cheat, it gets stucked with numbers like this one (?35). Beware though, it gonna replace any item at the first slot of your PC.

37. So far for me, this is the correct cheat to collect x999 of any items from PC (including TM/HM, Pokeballs, Berries etc) without any problem. Just replace YYYY with their digits:

    To withdraw Ultra Balls => replace YYYY with 0002 and it becomes:

    Note: Please disable any active cheat and enable only this cheat as it will crash your game. It happened to me and was able to figure it out quickly.

    • I tried using that infinite PP code on my phone’s GBA emulator that I’m playing the game with, but it says the cheat is invalid, even when I try selecting specific code types like GameShark or codebreaker. I’m using John GBA Lite on an Android phone. Honestly, it’s probably just this emulator. I’m gonna go download a new one and see if it works on that. Fingers crossed…

      Also, to PokeCoder: the tm’s from the pokemart codes work, but some of them are not the same as the ones you put. I’m assuming you put the base Fire Red TM’s in your list, but, for instance, whereas tm19 in Fire Red is certainly Giga Drain, TM19 in Gaia is Roost (which, honestly, was a bad replacement, in my opinion). There are others, too, but I didn’t test all of them, so maybe someone else can do that and tell you what they all really are in Gaia. Still, the cheats work, so it’s not a huge deal. You’ll just be a little surprised when you go to get TM23 Iron Tail and end up with Grass Knot (another bad replacement—again, in my opinion), and other similar instances. Lol

Testing them one by one takes so much time, so I usually ask for help from other commenters to correct these codes. Actually, it’s not just in Gaia but to other rom hacks listed here.

        Don’t worry though, it is legit and it was shared from my Google Drive and does not contain any virus BS. That is what am currently using.

        The good thing is that it syncs your saved data to the cloud to prevent any data loss(a.k.a To start the game all over again😂😂😂)

40. The max stats for 1st in party cheat is not perm, when u put my poken with all 999999 stat in box, or healed at pkmn center, the stat will revert back to normal. I want all 999999 stat permanently lol XD

    Also my emulator said that this is outdated although it still works(I use 3.2v Gaia still).

    • Thanks for coming here Suco. What error message is that? Maybe using this version of VBA can help, see Visual Boy Advance Download. Also, make sure to remove any empty spaces before or after the cheat. Empty spaces are known that cause invalid cheat code errors.

    • Fortunately, there’s a way to enter multiple liners cheat on free version, see this guide How To Enter Cheats on My Boy Free Version. I believe the method also works even on other emulators. Try it.

    • Perhaps you have other cheats enabled besides the Max IV, isn’t it? If yes, disable all unused cheats and activate one cheat at a time. Restarting your emulator may be needed to take effect the changes you have made.

52. I’ve discovered something regarding the shiny code. Catching the pokemon while the cheat is on and turning it off after you’ve encountered the pokemon but before capture will result in 2 different natures that appear to be randomly generated once per save file. For example, my most recent save file has it as a quirky nature if the cheat is left on during catch and jolly nature if turned of before.

          • The code on it’s own does seem to have a more negligible effect on gameplay when on than other cheats as my game doesn’t seem to lag or crash when on for extended periods as some other cheats do. It’s also compatible with the level modifier code.

    • Double check the code, any empty spaces before or after each code can cause an error. That could also be the cheat type, choose the appropriate one.

      Another tip, switch to another GBA emulator. MyBoy for Android works best for us. Hope this helps.

68. Thanks so much for the codes!!! Saves me so much grinding time now I’ve beaten the Elite Four and just want to experiment with different Battle Marsh teams.

    So far all the codes I tried worked on Gaia 3.2. You can use ‘Wild Pokemon Modifier’ and ‘Wild Pokemon Nature Modifier’ together. So you can catch the exact Pokemon of the exact nature you want and just have to grind a little bit for IVs.

    One feedback, for Wild Pokemon Nature Modifier, the following two codes are in fact switched:
    Your guide says:

    0456554B 66D3AAF9 = Timid

    In fact, it is really:

    • Pairing of cheats can cause glitch, but that could possible, just don’t save progress when you found problems when using it.

    The Pokémon modifier cheats do not work, I tried every single thing to get this cheat working. But nothing worked
    – I put it to Gameshark to see if the results would change, It didn’t.
    – I tried re entering the codes ( no work )
    – I tried switching emulators ( VBA to APK, no works )
    – I tried switching games ( Gaia 3.2 to Gaia 2.1, no works )

    Is it normal that the 5000 exp code doesn’t work in trainer battles?? For me, it works on wild Pokemon 100% of the times IF you make it faint. If you’re catching’ sometimes it works, most other times it doesn’t. Never works in trainer battles. Is it possibly clashing with some other codes?? I’m using only the following 5 codes:
    100% catch rate,
    Unlimited PP,
    5000 exp
    1$ PokeMart (Master)
    1$ PokeMart

104. For some people who’s getting trouble catching Wild Palkia and then the game freezes you can use this cheat codes instead. I’m using My Boy on Android and worked just fine, dunno if other emulators also worked or not.

     Get some fossil using the existed one or cheat codes buy on the market, any fossil is fine, then try using “fosil revival system v2.1” from professor redwood in Archan Town with this codes on.

     Note: Activate only upon receiving Pokemon. e.g. Starter Pokemon, Fossils, etc.

109. Also will post my method. Not sure if this violates the Terms of Use which is why I kept it separate in the event this comment is not approved or is removed.

     But how I found these was using a program called Pokemon Game Editor. This program has a built in tool called Item Editor. This program can be found easily enough through a google search. I suggest grabbing a link to it off Pokecommunity if anyone is interested in it. Using this I was able to view the items in this game and match them up with this site here:

     https://www.supercheats.com/gameboyadvance/pokemon-firered/13881/items-tm-hm/

     This cheat code is the same as the above cheat under the dropdown menu Item Cheats except is has more values for items. The item IDs on the site given are confirmed for Firered.

     Using the Item Editor from Pokemon Game Editor I was able to view where in the list of items the item is supposed to appear and match to the ones on the site given. This allowed me to find the item values used for these items.

     For instance, the original Item that had the value of 0175 and 0176 were the Ruby and Sapphire Plates. Since the Skull and Armor Fossil appeared in their place in the Item Editor those values of 0175 and 0176 would give me the fossils in this game rather then the plates.

     Another example would be the Dawn Stone code. It appears in between known values of items so by following the established patter of numbers going no higher then 9 and letters no higher the F I was able to figure out the codes for these items.

     Only posting this so that perhaps others may wish to update this list as there are more codes to be found here for items in particular. Specifically the codes for the Mega Stones. There are just to many for me to bother so hoping this helps the community.

Im not sure where, but somewhere in the wild pokemon modifier list it got messed up, it says 02ef is aurorus, 02f0 is sylveon and 02f1 is hawlucha, but when i typed it in, 02f0 was aurorus, and 02f1 was sylveon. I tried 02f2 just to confirm this, and i got hawlucha. Hydreigon’s code was correct however, so i assume it was somewhere past there.

     • There’s no such thing as an infernite because the Sinnoh starters don’t Mega Evolve and Pokemon Gaia doesn’t have fake Mega Evolutions. The only ones that can are the ones that have been able to since X/Y, AlphaSapphire/OmegaRuby.

     • The Palkia cheat works fine for me. Those cheats are just separated from Wild Pokemon Modifier so that could be why. If you haven’t already add the Master Code from the Pokemon Modifier code as a separate cheat. If you don’t have the MC, it won’t work.

       Master Code:

       Then add the Palkia Code as a separate cheat
       Palkia Code:
       83007CEE 0219

       I also recommend turning off any other cheats you have on except the Modifier Master and Palkia code because it could also be a cheat that is conflicting with the Modifier. Then try it. If you did it right then Palkia should appear. The infinite money cheat and any cheat involving the Pokemart were the problem codes for me

       If it still doesn’t work then it could be that you’re playing the wrong version. Cheats don’t work on the v1.1 of FireRed so if you patched Gaia on to v1.1 of FireRed then that’s another reason.

132. Hi! I used the updated Rare Candy cheat and it worked for me, but it screwed up my TM case. A bugged TM appeared there and every time I try to use any TM/HM the game freezes. It’s the only cheat I used and I deactivated it and tried again, and the TM case is broken. Is there any way to fix this without having to restart the game?

     • Sorry pal but there’s no way to undo this. That’s the problem with cheats, this is why I always suggest my readers to save progress before activating cheats. Next time, be sure to limit at least one enabled cheat at once, don’t try to mix cheats with other cheats. Also, make it sure to disable cheats when not used.

     Allows you to replace existing moves only after a battle. Press the trigger, R+B+Up during a battle and then Run. It should allow you to replace any existing move with the desired move. I have not tested them all but I have tested some and confirmed that they work. Enjoy!

136. I’ve used the move modifier code from Fire red and it works in Gaia. Obviously I haven’t tested all of the codes for every move yet, but I’ve used a couple and they worked. Do you want me to post the codes here in the comments?

       • Yooo!! Thanx alot for these chits man you guys made my day, but the timid nature code was switched the quiet nature code mate.

         When i used the timid code i kept cathcing quiet nature pokemons and i was like wtf, so i put the quiet nature code to check if shits right and i ended up catching a timid nature pokemon. It took me 2 hours to figure this out but i did and i dint want any one else to suffer the same problem so just look into this again and updated the page. Maybe it just might be like this on my device or emulator
