Even ROM hacks like Pokemon Clover have their own set of Legendary Pokemon or, in this case, Fakemon.
There is a Fakemon called Niterpent, which looks like a chubby snake and dragon hybrid. That being said, we’ll tell you how to get Niterpent in Pokemon Clover.
It’s a nice Fakemon to have in your party, being a Legendary on its own. The trek to get it will take some time, and it can be a tough fight.
Our guide will make it a lot easier for you to get this beast.

Finishing the Game First
Niterpent is available as a post-game content. This means that you have to beat the Elite Four and then the Champion first.
Once this is done, the game will save and roll credits. Load your new save file, talk to your mom, and then you are now able to go on and catch Niterpent.
Getting the Battle Channel Pass and Ebin Pass
Head back to the Fochun League, and now you can access the exit to the right of the lobby. Head west and then north until you end up in Innawoods.
The Battle Channel Pass
Now that you’re in Innawoods, head to the Trainer’s Lodge to the left of the Pokemon Center. Once inside, the Gym Tip Guy will be there to tell you what to do to get the Battle Channel Pass.

You must now choose 1 of the 4 pairs of Gym Leaders for a rematch. It will be a double battle with one pair of Gym Leaders you already beat.
Just pick one and beat them, proceed to the Gym Tip Guy, and he will give you the Battle Channel Pass.

The Ebin Pass
Once you have the Battle Channel Pass, head to Triport City, where the ship is situated. It is in the southern part where the sailor is located.

Talk to him, and he will take you to the Battle Channel. Head to the right part of the island and talk to the Captain.
He will ask for a battle, and all you have to do is beat him. After the battle, he will take you to a port and give you the Ebin Pass.
Starting the Quest to Find Niterpent’s Location
You now have the Ebin Pass, and in order to find Niterpent, you have to trigger the quest first. Head to Checkem Island by talking to the sailor once again.
If you look at the image below, you have to make your way to Get Island from Checkem Island. You can do this by using Surf.

Be prepared for a lengthy trek and a couple of Trainer battles along the way. You’ll be traversing the Bateman Channel, but this shouldn’t be that hard.
When you get to Get Island, head north, where you’ll arrive in Telekino City. Go inside the pink building to the right of the Pokemon Center.

Head to the fourth floor, and you’ll see a scientist NPC. Talk to him, and he will tell you about some weird experiment.

After the dialogue, Fly to Outcast Island and head inside the Blacksmith Manor. Once inside, head to the bottom floor and head to the room filled with boxes.
This was the room where you battled the Seventh Gym Leader. Navigate further into the lab until you find the Lab Key.

Keep going to the bottom until you are required to use the Lab Key. You’ll be in an area that looks dilapidated, and you’ll see the scientist again.
After the dialogue, you will need to navigate further using vents and Flash, since the room will be dark.
Encountering Niterpent
Once you’ve arrived at the room, you will see Niterpent. Approaching it will spark a battle, so brace yourself.

Niterpent is an Electric/Fire-type Fakemon, and its level will be based on the highest level of the Pokemon in your party.Â
Stock up on some Poke Balls and healing items as you should already have.

Battle Guide

The best moves against Niterpent are Rock and Water for x2 damage. Then, there’s Ground, which deals x4 damage.
Speed will be your dilemma here because Niterpent is fast and hits hard. It’s also annoying because it will use Morning Sun, which heals it.
Your best bet is to use moves that will Paralyze it or Sleep. You will still need to capture it, so you can’t just dish out a good amount of damage to it.
Don’t worry about losing some of your Pokemon. In fact, some of them can be used as fodder until Niterpent surrenders to your Poke Balls.
In Closing
Your life is now easier with the help of our guide on how to get Niterpent in Pokemon Clover.
It is also worth noting that after you beat the Elite Four and Champion, you can decide whatever side-quest you want to do.
Niterpent is just one of the many Legendaries that you can get. You don’t even need to get it first because you can access other parts of the Ebin Islands. But in case you do want to start with Niterpent, then you have it covered.
