What Is Ninoop in Pokemon Clover?

Ninoop is a Normal-type Fakemon that can evolve into Draconius with a high level of friendship. Draconius is a Normal/Dragon-type Pokemon that definitely has the potential to be a strong Fakemon in your roster.

Ninoop encounter

It is also important to note that there is only one Ninoop in Pokemon Clover. This means that if you kill it, it will no longer appear again.

You can obtain one through Wonder Trade, but let’s get to how you can find Ninoop in Pokemon Clover.

All Ninoop Locations

Before you can even battle Ninoop, you need to find it in all of its spawn locations. If you haven’t started it, it will not appear in its final encounter location. All you need to do is to find it in the locations listed below.

You can encounter Ninoop very early, but there’s no issue if you do it at the end. It won’t move from its first encounter point until you see it.

It’s also easier later on when you have Fly, so don’t sweat it as long as you follow the order of the locations.

Route 5

The first encounter is at Route 5. All you need to do is head southeast of the Pokemon Day Care, and you’ll see it. It will fly away, so you’re off to the next location.

Route 16

The second encounter puts the Ninoop east of the Rock Tunnel entrance. If you pass by the Pokemon Center, it will be there on the right, and it will leave again.

Beehive City

The third location is in Beehive City, and it is in the first house, which is lower left of the Troll Hole location. Inside the house is where Ninoop will be.

Finding Ninoop in the Fochun League

After you find Ninoop in Beehive City, the last location is in the Fochun League. This means that if you encountered it early on in Beehive City, it will be a while before you can find it in the Fochun League. That’s because you need to beat the remaining Gym Leaders and pass through Victory Road.

Victory Road by itself, is an annoying location. We’ll guide you to make things easier. It is important that you prepare for this trek because of the numerous Trainer battles.

Preparations for the Victory Road

Be sure to bring a ton of healing items. Max Repels can also be your best friend. By this point, your Pokemon might be over level 60, and the random encounters are around 55 to 60. It’s the trainer battles that will be a pain.

Stock up on some Poke Balls as well. Ultra Balls can be fine, because you need them to catch Ninoop later on.

The Boulder and Button Puzzle

Through the three floors of Victory Road, there are these white buttons that you can see.

You will need to push a boulder on top of the button. Doing that will unlock areas of the floor, which will give you access to other parts of the floor.

Use Strength to push the boulders, and you can get it through one of the Guardians (listed below).

It is important to note that if you push the boulder and get stuck, just get far from it, and it will reset to its default location.

The 3 Guardians of Victory Road

These three Guardians are requirements when it comes to getting past Victory Road. If you are not able to see them, the old man will not let you pass through the exit.

First Guardian

This one is the easiest because when you enter the first floor of Victory Road, just head to the left exit and go south to see the First Guardian.

He will give you HM04 Strength, which you’ll need to push the boulders.

Second Guardian

Go to the second floor and head out the southern exit. A couple of trainer battles later, and you’ll see the Second Guardian.

Third Guardian

On the third floor, head to the south exit again, but you need to solve the boulder puzzle first. There will be a double battle before you find him.

The third guardian

Be prepared because this is the only Guardian who will fight you.

Keksandra Battle

The keksandra battle

Once you find all three Guardians, head to the exit of Victory Road. The old man will now let you pass, but Keksandra will be there to fight you.

This isn’t a tough battle, and by this point, you should know Keksandra’s team.

Jackson Battle

Before you head to the exit, save first. In fact, if you feel you need to replenish your team, head back to a Pokemon Center.

Go back to the exit once you’re ready. That’s because this battle can be very cheap. Jackson will have all six of his Pokemon do Explosion moves.

These moves can one-shot all of your Pokemon. So, even if he loses all 6, you’ll also lose all of yours. The best way to deal with him is to have Pokemon with priority moves.

You can even have a Ghost-type in your team since Explosion doesn’t hit them because it is a Normal-type move.

Battle Against Ninoop

Ninoop outside victory road
Ninoop Outside Victory Road (Battle)

Now that you’re outside of Victory Road and you’ve encountered Ninoop in its previous locations, it will appear right before the entrance to the Fochun League.

This battle can be tricky because Ninoop is only level 30. Your team may be doubled in terms of levels.

There is a danger that you might kill it with your moves. Once again, if you kill it, you will not get another chance.

Just save before this fight so you can restart all over again in case you fail. Ninoop isn’t deadly as well, so your main concern is to just catch it.

Use the Balls That You Have

If you have some excess Poke Balls that you don’t need, you can use them to capture Ninoop. Premium Balls, Luxury Balls, Quick Balls, and others can suffice.

You can always rely on the Ultra Balls that you stocked or bought.

Use Stats Inflicting Moves

Do not use Burn or Poison because it will kill it. You can use Sleep, Paralyze, and even Freeze if you have any of those.

Those can help pump up the chance of getting it caught. False Swipe is also a good move. It’s a move that doesn’t kill a Pokemon but can decrease their HP until 1 after numerous uses.

In no time, you’ll be able to catch Ninoop and add it to your Pokedex if you follow some of these tips.

In Closing

There you have it, a complete guide on how to get Ninoop in Pokemon Clover.

We’ll say this again: even if you encounter Ninoop later on, the quest will still function. Accessing Victory Road is the real issue here, since it takes too long.

Most players get a Ninoop for the sake of Pokedex completion. It isn’t one of the more powerful Fakemon in the game. Its evolved form may have a shot at being useful because it is a Normal/Dragon-type.
