Pokemon Emerald is one of the most beloved games in the series. That’s where this hack called Pokemon Better Than Better Emerald 2 comes into play. This hack is a sequel to Better Than Emerald, so it continues the story but somewhat feels similar to the original Emerald.

Story

The story continues five years after the end of the first Better Than Emerald game. The beginning feels the same as the Gen 3 games.

There are some changes to the location, but everything looks familiar. Enter the new Region of Betreon, where your journey will unfold to become the best Trainer around.

The hack features over 400 Pokemon to catch. These Pokemon also span from different Generations, but not all of them are available.

The players can catch all Pokemon to complete the Pokedex available. There are even some that have Regional forms (i.e. Alolan form, etc). A great follow-up story to the first game, taking place in the Betreon Region for you to explore and more.
