Hi there, MelonDS has some unusual issues with cheat codes, but I discovered a trick to make them work. After adding the cheat code, disable it and then re-enable it. Repeat the same process several times. Give it a try and let me know how it goes for you.

I input the no dmg code and now my pokemon doesn’t gain any exp lol
Is there a way we can get a modified version of the share experience cheat? I like the 100% share but feels a bit too strong. Is there one where we can get it down to 50% share or 75% etc etc. just so gives a bit more incentive to use my other pokemon. Thanks!

So I activated one cheat at a time and disabled them immediately I have all the goodies with me I guess that’s a good thing but will my game face any future crashes ??? Like it did crash when I activated more than one cheat before (yeah ik that was a dumb move)

To be extra safe, I recommend saving your game progress using the in-game save option and then restarting your emulator — this helps clear out any leftover cheat effects and prevents future crashes. All other Pokemon seem to be okay
Nvm I figured out what was wrong. I had already caught him, and the game is programmed to let one exist, so when I tried to encounter him again, it glitched

When I use the all items cheat I toss out everything that isn’t the pokeballs. My problem is that the ice cream cones won’t go away and can’t be used either. Is there any way to get rid of them?

Hey Den, as the instructions provided, you have to press L in your emulator to activate the cheat. If that didn’t work, check your emulator’s settings and see which keyboard key the L button is assigned to.
Whenever I use wild Pokemon modifier it won’t let me go through tunnels, caves, or into buildings and it really confusing me, also I’m having trouble with giving myself all the badges. I use delta emulator on an iPad, appreciate any help.
Hi Cole, thanks for coming here. I’m not entirely sure what happened why you can’t go through tunnels and caves, but I highly recommend using the Wild Pokemon Modifier cheat only in the wild. Make sure to disable it when not in use, and avoid mixing it with other cheats—this is one of the main reasons cheats stop working. To prevent issues, enable only one cheat at a time and always turn off any cheats in your emulator when you’re not using them.
I’m having trouble just starting the cheat up how can I trouble shoot it
I had this too, where after using it once I’ll only encounter the selected pokemon and be unable to go through gates and such. The solution to this seems to be going into another area, whether that means flying/teleporting to a city or walking into a different named area, it seems to reset things back to normal.
A cheat for unlocking the HMs?
