Pokemon Unbound Cheats

Pokemon Unbound is one of the more popular ROM hacks in recent months. It has an interesting story and the graphics have been updated despite being a hack of FireRed. This means that people are looking for reliable Pokemon Unbound cheats that they can use in the game.

pokemon unbound cheats

The game is fun on its own but having cheats makes it more fun. Always remember to input them as either Game Shark (Action Replay) or Code Breaker cheats. Make sure as well that they are turned on so that they will be functioning well. Finally, don’t turn on a lot of cheats at the same time to avoid the game from crashing or glitching out.

Pokemon Unbound Cheats List

Before using these cheats, please be warned that cheating can mess up your game. Sometimes it can also cause random freezing and other various glitches. As a rule of thumb, enable one cheat at a time.

These are just a couple of the most useful Pokemon Unbound cheats. The game features Mega Evolution which relies on a specific Mega Stone that a Pokemon has to carry with the presence of the Mega Ring so make sure to unlock those.

Plus, a lot of the item cheats involve buying them from the Poke Mart. That’s why the Unlimited Money cheat can be very useful since it never runs out as long as the code is turned on. There may be future updates with future cheats that we have yet to know about.

  1. Guys using a shiny cheat you always get a pokemon with quirky nature , is that a bug? I even tried using nature modifier cheat with it , i still get the same . Any help?

  2. I am so frustrated. I need to evolve a Gligar but there’s not a single Bruxish. Is there a cheat for a razor fang?

    • Use this code for infinite Razor Fangs on PC:
      820257C4 00E7

      Use this code if you only want specific amount of Razor Fangs on PC:
      820257C4 00E7
      820257C6 0XXX (where XXX is the amount in Hex Code)

      And here’s the code to encounter Bruxish in the wilds:
      000014D1 000A
      8202404C 03E4

  3. Hi all I figured out a way to get the stones by trying something random.

    I didnt bother with the mastercode cheat because it wouldn’t input in my john boy emulator.

    I used the first part or the code that let’s you find items in your pc which was

    Then added the last 4 part for the link stone 005B
    And it worked. Hope this helped 🙂

    • Thanks for sharing that information Peter. Let’s hear some feedback from other readers.

      – Has anyone got this method and cheat working?

      • I confirm the code above. The quantity will be at 0, then just withdraw one and then the amount of that item inside PC becomes unlimited.

        This is a variation of what I usually use wherein we can specify the amount you want:
        820257C4 0XXX (where XXX is the item code)
        820257C6 0YYY (where YYY is amount in Hex; 001 = 1 pc., 3E7 = 999 pcs.)

      • Hi, I tried this with the misc items cheat ( 820257C4 XXXX) and it gives me 999 of that item in the PC. I noticed some quirks however. The code replaced the 999 master balls I already had , via the master ball cheat, in the PC with the new item. Also when you change items, not only will it replace the item but it will not replace the amount . For example if you 900 fresh waters and withdraw 50, then change items you’ll end up with 850 of your new item in the pc. reactivating the master ball will repelnish the amount however.

  4. v3n3m0us I already used this EV code you shared but it doesn’t have any effect I used it some times but it doesn’t work in code it doesn’t work

  5. Is it just me, Misc Items or bought from the first item from pokemarts doesnt work in GBA and always register Code breaker instead of the GameShark as it say up there, Please help me kinda in a pickle thanks mods

    • Same goes for me, it isn’t working.

      Try this code instead, items on PC code:
      820257C4 0XXX
      820257C6 0YYY

      0XXX = item code
      0YYY = quantity in Hex code (001 = 1pc., 3E7 = 999 pcs.)

  6. Can anyone help me in the wild Pokémon modifier cheat cause it doesn’t seem to work for me (btw I am on Visual boy advanced on PC). I have also tried use the cheat as different types like CodeBreaker, GameShark etc.
    Maybe it has to do with the version I am playing which is

  7. Non of the wild Pokémon modifier codes worked for me (BTW I am on visual boy advanced on PC). I have tried putting it in all the types of codes like GameShark,CodeBreaker etc. My game version in
    Maybe I am playing on the wrong version….

  8. EV codes for the first pokemon in your party, like the BP code shared note that:

    Note: In VBA don’t put it as gameshark/codebreaker. Pick the first option which says code. Then it works.

    Swap FC for the hexadecimal number you want. ‘FC’ is 252

  9. Hey people who can help me out am using gba emulator I tried the sceptile mega stone cheat it didnt work I really want it can anybody help me out pls and I tried the unlimited bp bu that fidnt work only cheat that work was unlimited money

    • Try this cheat: 820257C4 01D3. After putting this cheat in, go to the pc and withdraw the mega stone from the 1st slot. Make sure you are using the latest version of Unbound though. If this doesn’t work, then maybe your emulator does not support these kinds of cheat. If so, I recommend using My boy.

    • I’m currently playing Ultra Shiny Gold Sigma, so I don’t have time to confirm this. For now, I would assume that these are the codes for Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle and Abra… they’re just hex codes for the pokemon’s national dex numbers which is only applicable for Gen I and II pokemons only…

      000014D1 000A
      8202404C 0XXX

      001 – Bulbasaur
      004 – Charmander
      007 – Squirtle
      03F – Abra

      For Electivire, I am not sure I can give you a code right now since this is a Gen III or IV pokemon I think. What you can do is get an Electirizer (I may have butchered this word :D), then use monster code 07D (this is wild encounter for Electabuzz), then use the Electirizer on it…

    • My previous reply to you was deleted I think… Anyways, I just played Unbound and I already checked these pokemon codes. It works for me. Please do confirm/ reply if they’re also working for you.

      000014D1 000A
      8202404C 0XXX

      0001 = Bulbasaur
      0004 = Charmander
      0007 = Squirtle
      003F = Abra
      00EF = Elekid

    • My previous replies went to a faraway island, I guess… Anyways, use these codes (Gameshark):

      000014D1 000A
      8202404C 0XXX

      001 – Bulbasaur
      004 – Charmander
      007 – Squirtle
      03F – Abra
      0EF – Elekid

  10. Some more wild legendary codes I haven’t seen listed

    Mewtwo= 096
    Heatran= 21A
    Genesect= 2EB
    Black Kyurem= 2F0
    White Kyurem= 2F1

  11. Not sure if this has been added but similar to the BP code you can get Game Corner Coins by using the following code:

    You will get 99,999

    • Thanks for another useful share v3n3m0us. Hopefully we can have positive feedback from your code.

      -Anyone can verified the cheat working?

  12. Is there a list of codes to change wild pokemon ? Ive found only for lengendaries pokemon, would have for other normal pokemon

    • Here’s what I use for wild pokemon encounters (GameShark, using VBA on PC), where XXX is the pokemon code:

      000014D1 000A
      8202404C 0XXX

      The monster code list isn’t somehow arranged based on the National Dex except for those in generations I and II. You just have to interpolate the codes above to get the mons that you want.

    • I use this code (VBA for PC, Gameshark code), where XXX is the pokemon code:
      000014D1 000A
      8202404C 0XXX

      Warning: The pokemons will have different move sets and name. It is based on the pokemon you are suppose to encounter in your current route/area prior to cheating. Just rename them in Tehl town and give him/her the moves you want (by move tutors or TM/HM).

      For the monster codes, I’ll give you a few, especially those swarm and hard-to-find pokemons. For the others, make a wild guess or interpolation, if you know what I mean 😉
