I dont see anyone talking about it but I feel the anticheat may be a story element actually
As in we are expected to cheat
Play insane mode (you have to reset the game after already having saved and start a new game) cheat a whole bunch then do the Vega gym battle….. he seems to change a bit as if he liked the fact you were cheating and was a very shady individual in the story to begin with
Also if you use the “modify wild pokemon encounter” cheat too much something happens to the pokemon they are wrong

How to Get max EVs & IVs?

Here’s some tricks that i use to get fully max IVs and a Modified EVs

Have a Newgame+
or Play on SandBox Mode

How to get newgame+?
-To get NewGame+ you need to defeat the elite4 and save your mom from aklove

Once you have a newgame+ mode… Proceed to reset the game and play on newgame+ mode

There is 2 mode you can get IVs and EVs
SandBox Mode & Newgame+

SANDBOX MODE
– you can change your pokemon stats from NAME, EVs, IVs, GENDER, ABILITY, NATURE, SKILL SET, LEVEL, but you can only change the stats of Non Shiny pokemon and also sandbox mode doesn’t have POSTGAME and once you defeat the elite4 you will stuck on PokeCenter 2nd Floor on wich you can now trade your pokemon but you cant edit the stats of all PKM once you’re on that place so before defeating the elite 4 catch as much as possible and edit their stats and trade

NEWGAME+
– On this mode you can have a fully max IVs and Nature Change also you can max your choosen EVs by paying BP and Golden something to the 3 ppl on crater town

How to change stats on Sandbox mode?
– On the start of game you can get a major Key items only available on Sandbox mode and you can see a Stats Scanner wich is the tool to modified your pokemon stats and other stuff and again before fighting the elite 4 catch all the pokemon you want and edit their stats because you cant edit their stats once you became a Champion

How can i go to Crater town at early story?
– Use cheat TELEPORT and choose Crater town also add bellin town if you want to go back

How can i get Golden Bottle Caps and BP?
– In Version 2.0.3.2 you cant use cheat to get GBC, BC, DM (Golden Battle Cups, Battle Cups, Dreamist)
so the other option is to use cheat Teleport to Frontier to get Battle Cups and 65KBP cheat to buy Battle Cups and to pay the other 2 on Crater town

There is only 1k BP cheat how can i buy if its only 1k?

      Example:

The Perfect-IV cheat for the first slotted pokémon doesn’t work, even after saving or leveling the ‘mon up. The stats don’t change, only giving the illusion that it does with the changing of the letters.

Shame it doesn’t work, though.

  I leveled up a pokemon without the cheat, returned the save and repeated with the cheat, the cheat worked perfectly. In the first case I got 5 stats in total, in the second case I got 17 stats. I tested using mGBA 0.9.3.

  In order the cheat to work is you need one pokemon as a sacrifice. What you have to do is put a pokemon you want to have perfect iv and then change to the sacrifice pokemon, and then turn off the cheat. You’ll see the sacrifice pokemon iv will not change but the pokemon you swap before wiill have permanent full iv. I’ve test it myself

Teach any Pokemon any move. This cheat will enable you to teach any pokemon any move. Even moves that differ on your current Pokemon type and outside from its move pool and learning set.

( eg. Pikachu can learn Hydro Pump )

Heres an updated list of all the moves I gathered. I intentionally skipped and not listed some moves because they’re glitched and can cause game issues.

How to use:
Battle any wild Pokemon then select Run ( Flee from battle ). A dialogue box will appear, select Yes.

    I just tested it and it does work. Caust a chamander that ended up having an electrike’s moves and replaced quick attack and thunder wave with scratch and ember.

  This one works very aggressively. Deactivate it once used. What does it do?
  100% Capture ratio.
  Always when walking in tall grass a pkm will come out.
  All pkm attacks will always hit, cause critical damage and apply status if the move does it.
  All NPCs will walk and face the same side.
  After capturing 20 (or 25) pkm with the DexNav they will always result in shinys.
  Can crash the game if used incorrectly.

    Is there anyway for the stats modifier to remain even after turning it off and battling pokemon? I tried it and it seems that after a battle whether with a trainer or encountering pokemon it resets to original value.
