After doing lots of tests, we conclude that these cheat codes won’t work, or there are no codes available to them at the moment:

Working Pokemon Alpha Sapphire Cheats (Codes for Citra 3DS Emulator)

Hello TJ, I believed you’re referring to a ROM hack. We haven’t tested these cheats yet on that one, so please proceed with caution. They may or may not work. Sometimes they’ll work and will result in your game having bugs.
I just checked the TM/HM code, and I have problems with it. It writes to data that is outside the range of where TM/HM inventory is stored. In particular the second and second to last lines are the ones writing data to areas outside of your TM/HM pocket. If you’re lucky, nothing will happen, but if the bag before where the TMs and HMs are stored happens to be full, this could potentially delete items. At the very worst case scenario, this could corrupt your save. I feel like who ever wrote the code tried to force the AR instruction set to adapt to what they wanted rather than using it the way it was designed to work.
I recreated a safer version of the code that only touches TM/HM data, and nothing else, then tested 1.0 and 1.4 versions in both Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. These codes work correctly in all versions. One note: The code will put the HMs 1-6 before TMs 93-100 because of the order in which the game’s data has the items listed, but everything is there. You can turn the code on, confirm it changed your TMs and HMs, turn the code off, then sort it by number afterwards if that matters to you.

DexNav search lvl 255 doesn’t work? How to activate it?
It worked on my 1.4 version of the game. What’s yours? To activate it, apply the cheat, then simply click on your DexNav and the level 255 search level should appear.

How to use the shiny cheat
All you gotta do it copy the code, make a new cheat, and use the copied code. Its not garuenteed, but it definitely works 4/5 of my encounters are shiny.

What is the radar for shiny pokemon

It was supposed to be for the Pokemon that shake in the grass, which is detected by the DexNav. However, after testing, looks like it’s not that reliable so I’ll have it removed.
While we don’t have the Shiny encounter cheat yet, perhaps you can try the higher chance for Shiny cheat, we just updated the list.

I had this weird glitch where the game restarted from scratch after activating one of the cheats (Inf pokemiles) for the 1.0 version (Checked for a version number on the icon to be sure as you noted). I was rather lucky that I had a save state not too far from where my last save was but it was a rather scary thing since I was worried all my progress which is all the way to unlocking the last extra starters after the elite four rematch was gone. The cheat did work when I loaded the saved state though. Gonna check after closing the app again with the cheats deactivated to see if there’s no issue.

Hey quick question for the max search level of Dexnav does it also come with the shiny boost?
The faster egg hatching cheat at the bottom of the list is much more involved than just quick egg hatching. That can be achieved with just one line, the second one. The entire thing together is more complex, but effectively lets you switch between getting eggs from the daycare quickly, or hatching them quickly.
Pressing L on your controller sets up quick egg breeding, so you only need a few steps to get an egg, letting you quickly fill your party up with as many eggs as you have room for.
Once you have your eggs, you can press R to switch to the hatching mode, where every step reduces the number of egg cycles for each egg by 1, making a slow to hatch egg (over 10,000 steps) hatch in under 50.
If you do not press L or R while this cheat is active, it will choose one of these modes based on your progress to the next check for getting another egg from the daycare, so you basically have a 50/50 chance of either egg breeding mode or egg hatching mode.
Correction: Wild Pokemon encounter modifier for Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby if possible. I happened to encounter and got a cheat code that is working for Pokemon X which I can encounter ALL Pokemon in the wild. I hope there is already an available one, if not, willing to wait for an update if you’re making or working on it. Thanks!
Wild Pokemon codes can be hard to acquire, and at times they might crash the game. Anyway, I’ll update this list if we come up with some.

Try unchecking the cheats on Citra and click apply. You can also restart your emulator and see if it disables the cheat.

and decided to use it on Alpha Sapphire.
I’ve done it to catch a Groudon lvl 60 so I can complete the pokedex to a 100%. Everything is doing well, the code works completly fine, but the issue is that when I achieve to catch a new pokemon, the game close when they show the screen of the new pokemon obtained (like if we want to rename it, when they place the new pokemon in a box, etc..)
I’ve tried to disable the cheat when I encouter the new pokemon and we fight it, it also crash. I’ve tried to put a blank in my team so the pokemon wouldn’t go into a box, it also crash. I don’t know what to do anymore, if there’s a way to fix that or if it’s normal because it’s just going to crash anyway on Alpha Sapphire but not or Omega Ruby.

How did you apply the Cheat its not working for me I use Citra
Whenever I load any cheats it kicks me out and tells me my file has been corrupted
Does it only work with resetting the game Data and starting at the beginning
When I use 99 pokeball cheat it keep saying error 11 generic
every time i do the max item cheat i’m met with a prompt that says “error in line 1” or “error in line 2” I’ve made sure to delete any blank space before or after the code, so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

The answer may be to make sure that the code syntax looks like the codes here. I had tried to do that before with other codes on another game and it didn’t seem to work for some codes. But some codes worked when I made sure there was 2 branches of code, no space separating the lines, and no extra spaces anywhere including at the end. The only spaces should be between each 2 branches of code on each line, then only line breaks between each line. It should look like this:

A0000000 00000000
20000000 000000FF
D0000000 00000000
DC000000 00000002
D1000000 00000000
D2000000 00000000
Not like this:

Where there are no line breaks only spaces or any variation thereof.

Try removing all the cheats in your cheat list and adding the max Pokéballs cheat. Also, there might be a blank space before or after the code, so make sure to remove them. Let me know if any of my suggestions help.
