Pokemon Mugiwara

The One Piece series is one of the biggest manga and anime series around. It’s been around since 1999, just a few years after the release of Pokemon Red and Blue.

It’s a series about Pirates and has gone on to be something so big nowadays. That’s where Pokemon Mugiwara comes into play.

Speaking of Pokemon Red and Blue, we have a list of good ROM Hacks for those games.

This ROM hack combines elements of One Piece and Pokemon gameplay. Before anything else, this game is still currently in development, so there’s no available ROM at this point.

We’ll be sure to update you with any news if there will finally be a running ROM that you can patch.

In the meantime, there are a plethora of other ROM hacks utilizing other series, and one of them uses Digimon.

Pokemon Mugiwara Details and More

Story

The story in Pokemon Mugiwara utilizes the pirate elements of One Piece as well as some potential characters. Your character’s goal is to become the Pirate King.

But your journey is interrupted by Miss Love which is a popular pirate ship run by some of the most infamous pirates around. You must continue your journey now to gather a crew, enter the Grand Line, find treasure, and be the Pirate King.

Features

There are a couple of features known so far, and one of them is the obvious graphical improvement compared to any of the GBA games.

The Pokemon roster is a bit unclear at this point but Moves will go up to Gen 7.

Events will also pop up and notify you on your game clock to make you aware of them.

Other Features will be listed below but that’s all for now until the programmer updates them.
