These are currently the only available Pokemon Last Fire Red cheats that you can use. Unfortunately, there are no Pokemon, and Legendary modifier cheats at the moment since the ROM hack has a ton of Pokemon from multiple Generations. Ignore the last comment if you have and I have tested this again and it works, just make sure that you have the MASTER CODE ON, before doing so. In just a few short steps your egg will hatch

You can use ‘Gold Bottle Cap’ cheat to exchange bottle caps with a guy in the Creators building for max IV on one of the pokemon on the team in Celadon. (no sure if he maxes IVs or EVs)
Also the creators you should know that the cheat codes for the unlimited item cheat is literally labeled wrong actually labeled and coded after the o.g. for FireRed and LeafGreen not the rom hack please fix it regards smash Dom
