What Is the Mega Bracelet?
The Mega Bracelet is a key item that Trainers wear to trigger mega evolution in battle. This is paired with a Mega Stone that the Pokemon holds to mega evolve.
By activating mega evolution, the Pokemon temporarily evolve into a stronger form with boosted stats and sometimes even new abilities and typings.
Mega evolution can be a game-changer in crucial battles, but it can only be achieved if you have both the Mega Bracelet and the Mega Stone for your Pokemon.
Obtaining the Mega Bracelet in Pokemon ROWE

In Pokemon ROWE, the Mega Bracelet does not reside in a permanent or fixed location. Instead, it is given to you by the 7th Gym Leader you beat after earning your 7th badge.Â
In my case, it was Tate and Liza.
After beating this tag team duo, they awarded me with a badge, a TM04, and a Mega Bracelet.
Since Pokemon ROWE is open-world, your 7th Gym Leader may not be Liza and Tate. It doesn’t matter anyway, since as long as you earn your 7th badge, any Gym Leader will give you the Mega Bracelet.

How to Use the Mega Bracelet in Pokemon ROWE
Now that you have the Mega Bracelet on your wrist, it’s time to test your bond with your Pokemon and unleash the power of Mega Evolution.
Here’s how you do it in ROWE:
Obtain Mega Stones

Not all Pokemon can mega evolve. The handful that could do it require a specific Mega Stone to go with your Mega Bracelet in order to mega evolve. So, search for the right Mega Stone for your Pokemon.
They can be easily spotted in the overworld with their yellow Poke Ball color. Here is a table containing all the Pokemon that can mega evolve with these stones in Pokemon ROWE:

Give Your Pokemon the Mega Stone

Once you have the right Mega Stone for your Pokemon, give it to the Pokemon by equipping it as a held item for the Pokemon.
Now you have both the bracelet and stone needed for Mega Evolution.
It’s Time to Mega Evolve!

Now go into battle with your Pokemon that’s holding the Mega Stone. Choose Fight, but before you choose an attack, press Start so Mega Evolution is triggered.
Your Pokemon will mega-evolve before unleashing its move.

Conclusion
Obtaining the Mega Bracelet in Pokemon ROWE is very straightforward. You just need seven Gym Badges. It doesn’t matter what order you get them in; the 7th Gym Leader you defeat will give you the Mega Bracelet.
But the quest for evolution beyond evolution isn’t over quite yet. There are lots of Mega Stones, each for different Pokemon scattered throughout this vast open world.
