From a sea of Pokemon Emerald ROM hacks, we have another one. We’re here to talk about Pokemon Recharged Emerald cheats.

Featured Videos

The hack itself is just another variation of the original Pokemon Emerald. It does have some nice graphical updates, making it look better.

You also got your Pokemon following you, which isn’t a thing in the original. There are also a ton of features, such as being able to run indoors.

There’s also a battle info feature that tells you your moves to help keep you going. That being said, let’s get these cheats going for your emulator of choice.

Why a Lot of Cheats Aren’t Working for this Hack?

Pokemon Recharged Emerald is one of those ROM hacks that are made through a decomp.

Simply put, it uses a different method when it comes to how the hack was made. This makes a lot of the established Pokemon Emerald ROM hacks unusable.

However, we have been able to get some working cheats available to use.

Cheats that won’t work

Misc Cheats (All Code Breaker)

All of these cheats can be used as they are right away:

Instant Kill

Use this cheat to instantly Knock Out an enemy Pokemon with a move that deals damage:

Press the R button right before you get EXP.

You will then get a ton of it, so just release the R button when you don’t want to get any more Exp. This can be tricky to pull off, so keep trying to hold that R:

Money-Maker
Pokemon recharged emerald money maker cheat

Use this code to make some money. Sell any item at any Poke Mart, and the item will sell for a ton of money.

This code will sell the item for x7000 more. On the image, you can see the total sale for 1 potion is 1,050,000. That is x7000 more than 150, which is the regular selling price of a potion.

Item Modifier Cheats (All Code Breaker)

This last set of Pokemon Recharged Emerald cheats are item modifiers. Use the code by changing the AAAA to the specific item code.

You can then buy that item at the first slot for sale in any Poke Mart. You can use the money-maker cheat above to get some money to buy these items, since a lot of them are not free.

Master Balls and Rare Candies are readily available when you can use these cheats.

  2. This hack has been updated to 2.2.6 and now none of the codes work. If at least the More Money & Masterball codes could be updated, that would be amazing!

  4. I can’t buy the master balls, I have only one cheat enabled which is the master ball cheat. It crashes
    whenever I try to buy it. I’ve been restarting it all over again.

  5. I’ve potentially found a code to set the first mon to be fully hyper trained.

    320373E7 007E

    I haven’t played up to the NPC that sets it to be able to fully verify, but when using this code and running a stat calc the stats match as if they had 31.

    As a bonus I found this:

    320373E6 0000

    This removes the nature mint from the 1st mon, meaning it’ll use its original nature. Only use I can see for it is if you used a mint a mon and actually would prefer its original nature, this removes the mint’s effect without having to use another mint.

    • I suspect there are other cheats enabled in your game besides the Master Ball cheat. This is a common cause of issues when multiple cheats are activated at the same time.

          • *Can’t buy any master balls or rare candies. Also, I just tried some of the codes and the only one that’s been working is the Unlimited EXP code. The codes to buy at the poke mart have not been working as far as my experience. Is there any update for any of the codes?
