Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are remakes of Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire. The games were released back in 2014 for the Nintendo 3DS.
Naturally, since the availability of the Citra these games made their way through emulation. And as expected, almost every game that you play on emulators can be played with cheats.
For a more exciting and fun gameplay, we got this list of Pokemon Omega Ruby cheats that you can use while working your way to the Hoenn League.
All the cheats are Action Replay types, so they’re quite easy to use. We’ll also add some instructions to help you when it comes to activating the cheats and making them work in the game.

Reminders Before Using the Cheats
Update: We did a thorough testing of all the cheats we received for this game and separated all the functioning codes from those that aren’t working. We added a screenshot for each code as reference.
Before entering the codes, don’t forget to check if you have the 1.4 version of Pokemon Omega Ruby. If not, you’ll need to update your game by looking for a decrypted 1.4 CIA update file and install it to your Citra.
If you found an update file that hasn’t been decrypted yet, you can use this tool called Batch CIA 3DS Decryptor.

Universal Item and Medicine Modifiers
This cheat will let you get any item and medicine that you want, as long as you follow our instructions carefully.
Warning: This cheat is only tested for version 1.4.
Master Code for the Item Modifier:

Master Code for the Medicine Modifier:
08C6F5E0 XXXX0YYY
This is how these codes work:
XXXX = The hexadecimal code of the quantity of your desired item/medicine.
YYY = The hexadecimal code of your desired item/medicine’s index number.
Here are the pages that you can use for determining the hex codes of items/medicines, as well as a hex converter:
For example, if you want 50 Master Balls, convert 50 to hexadecimal, so you’ll end up with “0032.” Replace XXXX with those characters.
For the YYY, the Master Ball’s index number is 0x0001. Just take the last three characters, so you’ll get “001.” Replace YYY with those characters.
The resulting code for 50 Master Balls should be:

Remember to use the proper master code for items and medicines. Obviously, the cheat won’t work or even crash if you used the medicine master code to get a Star Piece. Same thing will happen if you used the item master code to get a Hyper Potion.

interestingly, I have AS (Pokemon Alpha Sapphire (Europe) (En,Ja,Fr,De,Es,It,Ko) (Rev 2)) and cheats for spawning pokemons worked from OR and not from AS xD

Is your ROM version 1.0? Our codes worked for 1.4.
Most of these cheat codes either give me an error message that the save data is corrupt when booting the game, starts the game over on a new file, or just straight up doesn’t work after loading the game. I’ve made sure that I’ve installed version 1.4 and it’s up to date. I’m also running this in Citra as suggested. I carefully copy and paste the desire codesin the configuration settings of Citra and then check them on. Only running one cheat at a time. I Make sure to then restart the software so the codes are loaded in. I’m at a complete loss any suggestions?
Hi, I’m sure you’re doing something wrong, but obviously I can pinpoint what it is. Are you using Citra for PC? In that case, you might want to check if your 3D Plugin Loader is enabled. Also, do you check the boxes and click Apply to activate the cheats?

Hello everyone, I’ve seen reports of Mega Pokemon reverting to their base forms after using the Pokemon Modifier with the Dex Nav cheat. We don’t have a workaround for this at the moment, as I need to look a universal modifier code for Key Items, so that you can unlock the Key Stone.
I believe using a Key Item code with an Item code (for obtaining Mega Stones and a Key Stone) will make Mega Evolution possible in the early stages of the game.

The cheat for easy catch doesn’t work properly and I feel like in retrospect, the catches I made were all RNGs rather than the cheat working.

So far, I have completed the Delta episode and Rayquaza and Groudon were caught with just pokeballs with the cheat I used so I can say confidently that it worked in v1.4

Omega Ruby is a 3DS Pokemon game, and I don’t think 3ds games will work on Android phones. Perhaps you are referring to a particular rom hack and not this game? You may want to see our collection of Pokemon ROM hacks cheats.
