Pokemon Crystal is loved by many people. Now, there is a new version, a rom hack called Pokemon Crystal Advance Redux that makes the game even better. We have some Pokemon Crystal Advance Redux Cheats that you can use to make the game more fun.
This hack is another attempt to remake Pokemon Crystal for GBA systems using FireRed as its base ROM.
Many of these cheats can also be found in our Pokemon Radical Red cheats collection, since Pokemon Crystal Advance Redux uses the same ROM hack engine. Some additional cheats from Radical Red may also work with this game.
If you’ve tested any Radical Red cheats that work here, we’d appreciate it if you could share them in the comment section.

Latest update: July 11, 2026. Added newly tested cheat codes for Pokemart item modifier shared by a reader. Every new cheat has been verified on mGBA, MyBoy, VBA, Delta for iOS emulator and using the exact ROM hack and game version listed before publication. We’ve also added notes about cheats that didn’t work during our testing. If you find a cheat that isn’t working, let us know in the comments, and we’ll gladly re-test and verify it.
Pokemon Modifier Cheats
These Wild Pokemon modifier cheats have been tested on the latest version of Pokemon Crystal Advance Redux released on April 5, 2026. Please note that the Pokemon names may appear different, but you can rename them after capturing. Thanks to Jonathan Snyder for the heads-up on this cheat.
We did not include Gen 5 onwards because the Pokemon sprites and names are mixed up.

Item Modifier Cheats
To start off, we’ll be having these Crystal Advance Redux cheats that are used to modify items. The items that you can get are located at the Item PC.
Change the YYYY to the specific Item Code and you’ll be able to withdraw the items in an unlimited amount:
ITEM MODIFIER
82025840 YYYY
IMPORTANT
Some of the item codes will give you a different item, or none at all.
A good example are the berry codes because some NPCs will give you an Acorn which is a common item in Crystal.
So, just keep that in mind, but a lot of the codes give the same item.

⚠️ Warning ⚠️
Applying these cheats may cause your game to crash or occasionally become glitchy. Emulator codes directly alter the memory addresses in the game, which can have all sorts of unexpected or unnoticed effects.
If you take the risks associated with Action-Replay/Codebreaker/GameShark codes, turn on one cheat at a time and disable another after using it.
I personally have tested and played through a few times, and no bugs or crashes occurred, at all. I did however completely avoid buying any key items / story items listed below.
Have fun!!! 💜
For the latest patch of this game, there are ever single PokeMart Modifier code. Took me 6 hours to get this done 😂 416 items. These are ALL 100% accurate and tested. As of June 25th, 2026.

Now, you have some new things to try as you use our list of Pokemon Crystal Advance Redux cheats.
It is unfortunate that the Pokemon modifier cheats are not working. Fortunately, it won’t be much of a bummer because the other working cheats are enough for you to keep going.
If you are looking for more cheats for your other Pokemon games, see our compilation of all Pokemon game cheats.
Perhaps you may have your own set of working cheats that you can share. Feel free to hit the comments and we’ll be sure to credit you.

I apologize. That list I sent got cut short.
For the latest patch of this game ….. (Cheat codes and information added to the list above – PokeCoders)
Amazing list. I’ve added the list of codes above! Thanks for sharing.
Is there a new shiny cheat to use?
Hello there, Matt, welcome back. We have a working shiny Pokemon encounter cheat, have you tried it yet?
Unfortunately that one isn’t working. I tried it on the newest update
The Wild pokemon modifier is kind of not working, since if i applied the cheats and encounter a wild pokemon, it’s always a Bad egg i don’t know why it keeps being a bad egg, i hope there’s a fix to that..
Can anyone tell me the cheat where we can Learn any move?
The Shiny Pokemon cheat is currently not working for me on the recent 2026 version. I’ve tried multiple times, but, not working. Any help? I’ve restarted multiple times, but, no luck.
Item modifier is not working
I discovered the wild pokemon modifier code as of the current updated version 04/02/2026
wild pokemon: 8202404C AAAA
Same code as radical red.
Amazing discovery, Jonathan. Thank you for sharing this to the community.
Hey Jonathan, wow! Thank you for sharing this information. I’ve updated the page and added the Wild Pokemon modifier for Generations 1 to 4. You may need to reload the page to see the changes. Please keep the valuable information coming. Thanks again!
Here is the item code I tested myself:

This is the item code that works.

These codes didn’t work for me. Not sure if after the new update this has changed or if im not entering them correctly into pizzaboy.
It seems the action replay codes work, but they proceed to break the pokemon box and cause crashes.
Have you tried restarting your emulator? Crashing usually happens when two or more cheats are activated at the same time. It can also occur if a previous cheat effect is still stuck in the game’s memory, making the game treat it as active even after you’ve disabled it.
I did try restarting it. But had the same result with the action replay cheats. However, It seems after using the updated code that Johnathan commented above the codebreaker cheats have worked!
Oh, I see. Glad to hear it worked. Have fun!
Thank you but pls send me the code for adamant mint

You’re a legend, thanks so much!
How do I use the code for Perfect IV Stats?
I got Sylveon and it has cute charm as the ability and I wanted pixilate. What item do I need to change it and what’s the code for it?
You don’t need a code. You can change abilities with ability pills. They are sold at Battle Tower frontier.

Pokemon cheat
For some reason the item modification cheats modify my bag instead of my pc. I thought they werent working – but then noticed my bag slot 2 had 99 masterballs in it.
Not sure if its a version discrepancy or not but I just thought that was interesting to note. I was trying to make my own memory editor for this particular game and ran into some roadblocks, which caused me to end up here. Thanks for the cheats!
And This is Pokémon Receive Modifier for starter or gift pokemon.
