Pokemon White 2 is the other game released alongside Black 2. These games are direct sequels to Black and White and they still rely on Generation V Pokemon but with a new story and characters.
Anyway, this means that the game still has some function AR codes or cheats that you can use.
Keep in mind that the codes provided are intended for the (NA) version, but they may also be work with the (U) version. We’ll also add a lot of instructions needed to activate the codes when you need to.

Input the code and press Select. You will receive 649 Master Balls and 100 Ultra Balls. The tricky part here is that you need to check the National Pokedex. Based on the list, you need to discard the right amount of Master Balls to encounter the Pokemon of your choice. Discarding the right amount of Ultra Balls will also determine what the level of the Pokemon is.
By default, 649 Master Balls and 100 Ultra Balls will let you encounter a level 100 Genesect. If you want to encounter a level 10 Bulbasaur, then just discard 648 Master Balls which will leave you with 1 and that’s Bulbasaur’s National Pokedex number. You just need to do the math to get the Pokemon that you want and don’t forget to press R to encounter the Pokemon of choice

Instructions:
1.Go to Unova Link and go to Key System, from there chose Key System & then Send & Receive Keys,
2.Choose to receive Keys in the sub-menu, once your in the menu for Infrared Communications turn on the code and the game should register the cheat as an IR signal
3. If the cheat works you’ll receive a message saying that the IR signal has been written to your game file, from here you’ll need to soft reset your game
4. after you soft reset your game go back to Unova Link & pick Key System, from there pick Key System Settings
There are Three big options that are locked behind this key system which should all be unlocked if this cheat code works: (Spoilers Ahead)
Difficulty:
Change the Game Difficulty to Easy (W2) Or Challenge Mode (B2) Which edits the overall Difficulty of the game
Change City:
In the game you can switch between the post game areas, The White Forest (W2) & The Black City (B2) both are copies of each other and each contains their own Gauntlet type Area in which each gauntlet contains it’s own rewards both in the Gauntlet and in the Town
Mystery Door:
Another area that can be found in the Postgame is the Underground Ruins, there you can encounter the Hoenn Titans that correlate to their respective chamber:
(Rock Peak Chamber: Regirock),
(Iron Chamber (B2):Registeel),
(Iceberg Chamber (W2):Regice),
If you obtain all three titans you can the go to the bottom of Twist Mountain and face Regigigas who you can’t fight unless you have all three titans in your party

Easy, all you have to do is put one of the pokemon in your team into the boxes, do the wild pokemon cheat again now that you have five members in your team, and catch rayquaza and he should automatically be added to your team. Are you playing a rom hack version of the game? If so, then that would most likely be the reason why the cheat database is blank as the game does not recognize it so so it is unable to match it up with the proper cheats in the database. Also, if you click on custom cheats the database for that is always blank until you input some cheats into it.
