That being said, we have Pokemon Fantasy Version, which is a fanmade Pokemon game that fully delves into the realm of Fantasy.

Story
The game has been out for a year, and the story is pretty straightforward. You’re a Pokemon Trainer dealing with Pokemon, villains, and some wizards. The motif is more on fantasy and not so much on modern-day themes, but that’s not a bad thing.
Features
Like most fanmade games, the graphics and sprites are polished up. They look close to the DS games rather than being pixelated like the GBA games. At the start of the game, you can only catch around 300+ Pokemon.
However, post-game you can catch around 900 Pokemon going up to Gen 8, along with several Legendary Pokemon. There is also a turbo or speed button to allow you to speed through the game during dialogue and battles.
