It’s another astounding Pokemon game that you shouldn’t miss playing your whole life; It’s called Pokemon Sage. Pokemon Sage is not a ROM hack, but rather a fan-made RPG Maker XP game started by anonymous members of 4chan’s /vp/ board.

Pokemon Sage has sets of new and unique Pokemon, often referred to as Fakemon. The game sets in Urobos region, a place based in South and Central America that has an interesting, rich culture filled with unsolved mysteries.
NOTE TO PLAYERS: Pokemon Sage is a Windows program, which means the game is created and fully tested only on Windows Operating Systems.
For Android users, luckily, there’s an Android app called Joiplay, which you can use to play this game on your device. Make sure you have enough storage space available for at least 1.5GB.
However, it can be played on Mac or Linux OS’s through Wine, but you can expect random glitches and bugs.

This Pokémon Sage looks spectacular….. I’ve seen its Pokedex and the Pokémon that have been invented are gorgeous. It’s a shame they haven’t finished the game; I really want it to be complete….I’ve even thought about my team of six pokemon for this adventure, AM I A GEEK??? HAHAHA

can anyone confirm if the game is finished now ?
I’m Googling this game for the first time and from what I can tell it seems the most recent version is still a demo released in 2017.
This heavily suggests that it’s dead but there is a Reddit thread from last year in which folks claim it’s still alive and just being developed at a snail’s pace. Apparently, they’ve also had some trouble with a content thief.
I haven’t even tried it yet but it looks so dope, I hope it’s still alive.

well the download link didn’t work, it went to the right site but the download option there hit me with some spamware your computer is broken rubbish AFTER it blasted a high pitched tone through my headphones at 10 times my normal volume (the only reason I am not now deaf is I run my volume quite low) I should sue for attempted assault

Now I’ve accepted that I probably can’t play it on Apple or android phones, but is there anyway to play it on a windows phone?
The game is not playable on phones, only on Windows computer.
Update: Playing RPG Maker XP games is now made possible through Joiplay. However, not all games are supported. See the list of Pokemon games that tested working on Joiplay.

When is there coming a new update and can i pass my last save to that new version then i want to play the full game so badly. I loved the story by the way.
Honestly I don’t have any idea when will it be, the last update was October 26th, 2017 and I hope they didn’t abandoned this game.
