We recommend using Pokemon LeafGreen US V1.0 Rom version to make most of these cheats, but if you don’t have one, that’s fine. However, It’s not guaranteed that all these codes will work in your game. Also, there are many reasons a cheat cannot work, here are the possible fixes.

How to do it:
- Reset the game if used. Put the code in right away, but TURN IT OFF.
- When you get to the choosing part, you need to go to any Pokemon on the table. When it says you received Bulbasaur, Squirtle, etc., Turn the code on and walk to the next Pokemon. Then turn the code off; when it says received, turn it on. Then walk to the last Pokemon.
- Do the same for the last Pokemon. Turn the code off when getting the last Pokemon.
- There ya go. You got all starters!

Hi there Bruver, the majority of the cheats work only for V1.0 roms. If you have v1.1 then most likely the cheat will not work. Which GBA emulator are you using? I usually advise using MyBoy for Android or VBA for PC users. I tell you, they all work perfectly, but with the right rom version and emulator used.

That’s kinda strange, as you can see in the demo video the cheat works perfectly fine. Did you add Master code before the main pokemon cheat? That Master code is important.

It’s either your rom version or your emulator causing. the issue. For rom version, you need LF v1.0 while for emulators, I recommend MyBoy or VBA for PC.

This should be the moon stone all you need is this code and it will appear in your Pc storage.
Make sure when you open the PC the code is off. Turn on the code then open the items then before you withdraw anything turn off the cheat code so it won’t bug your pc. Sorry but majority of these cheats requires V1.0 LeafGreen rom version. Better find v1.0 to use cheats.

Hi there W.Lolcat.C, thanks for coming here. There are various reasons why a cheat fails to work, that can be your emulator or rom version used. In your case, try switching to MyBoy free version and test the cheats to see if they work. If still doesn’t, maybe you have V1.1 LeafGreen rom, most of these cheats requires V1.0. Hope this helps.

first, you have to enter the master code and make sure the last four digits have small with other digits same as do with the infinite money’s code and you have to enter both cheats in the code breaker

I inserted the code with a space as shown above and classified the cheat as random. Then all other cheats worked properly.

When using the wild pokemon modifier, can your pokemon you have caught evolve? Assuming they are found further in the game, ex. After you have beaten the final four.

Same this happened to me. Make sure you have the right ROM version. That fixed it for me. The ROM Version is listed above the cheats.
All of the cheats I want to use work except for the infinite money one I’ve tried all of the pairings listed and none of them work
Hi there Keaton, thanks for coming here. If the rest of the codes works for you, then most likely it shouldn’t be a problem activating the infinite money. Could it be there’s a problem with how the code is entered? Deleting other cheat codes and restarting your emulator can also help.

If you can use the Rare Candy cheat, you don’t need to use the Infinite money cheat. Just take a bundle of rare candies from your PC and sell all of ’em. Then get some more if you’re finished.

Hey odoma, thanks for visiting pokemoncoders and leaving your comment. Some of these cheats might not work to other LeafGreen rom language version, but you need a v1.0 to make them work. In your case, I believe you have v1.0. Anyway, I’m glad there are cheats that worked out for you.

There’s none, it is automatically applied when activated. If the cheat works for you, check pokemart and buy some items with your money.
