Most Pokémon emerald cheats will not work on EE because it is coded extremely differently from the original. I have confirmation of this from Ryu himself. There is no anti-cheat, the game just keeps updating and some updates can get rid of some of the cheats capabilities. So if the cheats don’t work go play an older version or just cheat in another game.

I found the address but there is no way to make a code because the values are encrypted, any change results in a bad egg.
All pokemon data is joined and encrypted, so changing just which pokemon will appear corrupts the data, the only way would be to put all the information together, but the code would be too big. Any way to make it a gaurenteed Shiny?
To tell you the truth I never found out how the shiny system works, so I don’t even know how to look for it, but I know that changing the pokemon’s ID makes it shiny. In the pichu code above the ID is in the first two lines, so it is impossible to change it without resulting in a bad egg, these two lines are also responsible for the nature, gender and boss.
This is just with my experience with coding another GBA game but can’t you do a certain cheat code to set certain flags in the game to make it think that you’ve beaten certain gyms when you haven’t?

The first time I got this rom I tried to make an encounter modifier and an IV and EV maximixer, but I couldn’t bypass the anti-hack system, I also believe that’s why there aren’t many cheats for this rom. The way I did in the video was the best way to both get the desired pokemon and have the best stats.

Sorry, me again, I tested with the code of the charizard y and it worked, it seems to work fine.
I recommend doing it with a low level pokemon, among the level 5 is fine, just to make sure that it doesn’t broke the attacks of the new pokemon from the code.

Upon further testing, I have found more cheats that work with the latest version. Previously, only master balls and rare candies seemed to work. The trick is to leave your room and then re-enter it, then withdraw from the PC for these cheats to take effect. This may or may not work with the Poke Center PCs. The bad thing is that you can make a random pokemon in your box to be a bad egg, so keep that in mind if you use them.
Does these cheats work on v8.200 version?
I am using the latest version of this hack as of 1-10-2022, right from their discord page.
I can confirm two cheats work from my own testing.

It works but you might use one time and then disable, also keep mind that maybe if you use it you can get a bad egg mon or transform one of your own you have in a random box into a bad egg, so keep that in mind.
