A good ROM hack that you can play is Pokemon Dreams. It is a ROM hack of FireRed, and it pretty much incorporates the elements of a lot of Pokemon games. It has everything you need such as a good story, a vast Pokemon roster, and everything else in between. That’s why we’ll be presenting our list of working Pokemon Dreams cheats.
We’ll add other instructions when it comes to how the cheats will work. Be sure to enter them as either Game Shark (Action Replay) or Code Breaker. The cheats won’t work if you input them incorrectly.
Don’t turn on a lot of cheats at the same time, so remove or turn off the ones that you won’t be needing for the time being.

These are the only working Pokemon Dreams cheats for now. The Pokemon modifier codes aren’t working at the moment so we may update it when we can get more information. If you happen to have a couple of your own functioning cheats, then feel free to tell us in the comments and we’ll be sure to credit you.
Always remember to input the cheats correctly so that they will work. Just be aware that some of the cheats may glitch for some reason but that rarely happens. Think of it as just a security measure. Turn off any of those cheats that you’re not using and remove any of them as well.

I want Pokemon modifier cheat for gen 4,5,6 & 7
0034-0039 are mega stones, which of i have never heard of.
There need to be more master codes because some of the cheats dont work
The codes for wild pokemon modifier work similarly to Radical Red.
So for example, Honedge was 8202404C 0313.
Only complication is that they seem to end up with the name of the pokemon that you were supposed to encounter. Strange. So now I have a Honedge named Azurill, with the moves that the azurill had. But when I went back to the move relearner, Honedge could learn all the moves it should have had in the first place.
So it takes some doing, but you can get the team you want – you just have to give them nicknames or whatever.
