I had problems with the pokemon modifier as well, and found a solution. First two lines put separately as M (master code), then the third line separately as the modifier. That’s how I got it to work.

Hello Leonardo, welcome! Glad to hear the cheat works for you. If those cheats run fine on your emulator, then the wild Pokemon modifier should also work. May I know which GBA emulator you’re using? If you’re on Delta for iOS, there’s a good chance the code is getting cut off—particularly the YYYY part—since Delta automatically removes it, treating it as invalid. To fix this, just add the Pokemon code at the end of the cheat manually. Let me know if this trick works for you.
Update: I replaced YYYY with AAAA, this way Delta will no longer cuts the code.

Unfortunately, we haven’t tested these cheats on your emulator. If possible, you might want to switch to Delta for iOS, as it’s one of the most reliable emulators for cheats based on our experience. Since you mentioned the other cheats worked for you, the Wild Pokemon modifier will most likely work too. Try it again, and consider restarting your emulator as that can often help.

I’m having problems with the shiny Pokémon cheat, unless it’s set up this way. Whenever I catch a shiny Pokémon the Pokémon’s name is just a bunch of random letters and spaces.

Unfortunately, there’s no cheat that will give you items directly into your bag.
I’m trying to spawn in a bulbasuar but the cheat does not work at all, I got it to spawn in once then the game froze. And no I’m not mixing the cheats I had a rare candy cheat on but promptly deleted before setting up this new one. I am using delta emulator for iOS never had issues with it before.

Hi, I tried to put on a cheat code for Primeape, I put on the exact numbers, did everything right, code breaker, then the code, once I created it, I turned it on, and it doesn’t seem to work, my emulator is free version of John GBA, any ways to fix this?
I don’t use John GBA. I prefer using MyBoy because this app supports cheats. John GBA is a great emulator, but I had a similar experience when I enabled some cheats. That’s why I made the switch to MyBoy, and I must say, everything runs flawlessly now. I hope my answer helps.

Hey Joe, rare candy cheat should work. May I know which GBA emulator you are using? Perhaps it has to do with the emulator being used with the cheat.
i figured it out just in game save and save state (just in case) turn off exp share cheat first then exit the pokecenter turn the rare candy cheat on and go back in
Oh, glad to hear you figured out a solution. Another method is that, you go in and out of the PokeCenter at least five times, and the item should appear on your PC.

do these work on open emu because most of them flat out don’t work lol.
Unfortunately OpenEmu doesn’t fully support cheating. Although they are one of the best emulator for Mac, they have poor cheating capability and most cheats doesn’t work in this emulator. I suggest trying out mGBA or Retroarch for cheating. Hope this helps.

The legendary Pokemon encounter, wild encounter does not work. I play on Android gba emulator. John GBA lite is the emulator. It says that it is unknown code.
It should work. For using cheats, select the CodeBreaker cheat type and ensure to input the master code before entering the legendary code. If perhaps that’s the case, switch to MyBoy it works well with cheats. Let me know if any of my suggestion helps.

Can you elaborate your problem more? Are you stuck in spot which is cramped and hence making you unable to move or are you in the open and the player just doesnt respond to the contols?

Then go to the safari zone to find the boy, he is with several snorlax. Then speat to him, he will leave and go to them. Then go back to the route and a snorlax, the couple and the boy will be there. Speak to all of them and go to the pokemon center. Nurse joy will need help and will give you her bike to go down the bike path, south from the pc (pokemon center) then go to the pc on the other side os the bike path and she will tell you to keep the bike
