Pokemon Saiph is a ROM hack of FireRed. It has a nice graphical look to it because the aesthetics look a bit like the ones from Pokemon Black and White, which are games for the DS, but this is a game for the GBA. Like any ROM hack, there are some cheats that you can use in the game. Before we get to our Pokemon Saiph cheats below, I summarize the game.
The story is an unofficial sequel to the game Pokemon Rangers: Shadows of Almia. The game takes place in the Hoenn Region with its own distinct story. In terms of the gameplay, the game is updated with the Pokemon types.
This means that the Fairy-type is included as well as updated moves until Generation VI. TMs can also be reused, and a Day to Night cycle is implemented.

Hey there Shazam, the only way to do it is disabling the cheat after use. It’ll duplicate when left enabled. As a rule of thumb, cheats should be disabled when not used.

Bug, every time shiny is triggered, after catching/obtaining the Pokémon, the name of it is messed up.
That’s common issue with shiny cheat. To get rid of messy name, before catching the pokemon you have to disable the cheat.
