Guys if you want to remove wild pokemon modifier then remove all cheats, go to a pokemon center and heal up, go to a new patch of grass and you are done

Perhaps you have a non-US White rom version? If yes, I recommend looking for the US/North America or can be the NA version.

I don’t think that is possible. Pokemon encounters are randomized, meaning that at any spot in grass areas, cave areas, or water areas are all randomized, and are not just certain spots.

I also had a problem, I’m playing Pokemon White on desmume, put the code while I was Route 16, all I could find was Gothita, even after I removed the code.
Unfortunately some emulator like desmume doesn’t respect new setting changes, you may need to restart your emulator take effect.

Save progress and restart your emulator, that often happens to some emulator.
